1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaking
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired or unfit for consumption
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- You must provide photos/videos as evidence
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 7 days
- Change of mind or taste preference
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order details and issue (with images/videos)
- Our team will review and approve the request
Once approved:
- We will arrange pickup or request you to ship the item
- Return shipping instructions will be provided
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (if applicable):
- Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may choose:
- Approved replacement will be delivered within 5-7 working days subject to product availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If still unresolved, contact us
